Hey,
I've just got my hands on a CV7003 tranny for my rangemaster clone I'm making, but I can't figure out which leg is which in terms of the collector, emitter and base. Please can someone enlighten me as to which one is which?
I've attached some pics of my particular tranny.
Thanks,
Matthew

I was looking at this earlier, and when I made a rangemaster clone I used the OC44. :D Sounded great, and was pnp but I made it useful in regular ways. [Oc7003=military OC44; http://goods.us.marketgid.com/goods/1450/9857/] I look at yours and if its PnP, then I believe the red leg is the collector, white is the emitter, and green is the base.

Nice one, thanks, I'm pretty sure all CV7003 are pnp aren't they?

Yeah, I just didnt know if it was a PNP germanium tranny or NPN germanium tranny. Since its just a military version of the OC44, its PNP Germanium. :D
