Chord indentifier software?

I'm looking for some software (or a website) that will let you mark positions on the fretboard and tell you what the chord is!

I write lot's of songs with 'unique' chord voicings and can never tell the other players what they're callEd -- :-( boy am I embarrased...considering I studied piano for many years.

That one's good for at least getting an idea of what it is. Not sure how accurate it is, but I use it a lot.
