How do you draw the rig diagrams?

How do you draw the rig diagrams?

Is there any way of having some files available of the bits of equipment so we can use them to draw our own rigs? That would be so cool. How about if anyone's a good programmer making a program to do it?

Also, do you have one of those cartoon pictures of a Mesa B Triaxis?
