just bought a new noise toy...
a mid eighties datalab effectron (digital delay with modulation)
it's pretty similar to the boss rdd10's but without self oscillation, which is a shame (i wonder if it can be modded?) and 1024ms of delay time...
anyway, i'm having quite a hard time finding any info on it and wondered if any of you guys knew anything.
thanks.

www.loopersdelight.com has info on the version with 4 seconds of delay, might have something else....I can't remember.....

found a pic and bad review
here (http://www.effectsdatabase.com/model/973/)
it's got a feedback -/+ pot which i've never come across before...
apart from + being slighty warmer i really can't tell the difference, is it mainly for use with the flange type effects or what?... any ideas?

umm ... I think it just sets the optimal sampling bitrate, so at lower bitrates, each repeat loses more signal. I'm just guessing though.
