i have a little interest in learning how to....
1. slap
2. play good with fingers
the deal is, I can play with fingers, but I wanna get better.
Do You know of any like on-line tutorials/videos I can watch?
Can't help you out much on the slapping but as for playing with your fingers there's no trick to it just lots of practice. Try not to use your thumb and pick some challengin bass lines, just lots of practice.

i don't know man, but if you want to see some good bass playing, try and borrow or buy joe satriani-live in san fransicso, his bass player (stu hamm) is simply astonishing, he's awesome, he does this bass solo, (it's called bass solo) and it's simply breathtaking.
chech it out if you want inspiration.

learn some oldschool metallica, i at first like 3 years ago started on fingers and was decent but changed to pick cause it was kind of hard especially because i play metallica, i used to hold it like most people do but then i changed the way i hold it so that my arm is fully extended (like rob trujillo but not as extreme) and no i didnt do it because of him, some guy was playing with my bass thats like 6'3 (im only 5'6/or 7) and then when i put it on i jokingly started doing the rob trujillo and then just got comfortable and havent changed back, that made it alot easier to play with my fingers for some reason, i have no idea, and then later i picked up kill em all and learned it start to finish and gained tons of strength and speed in my right fingers (and blisters) so thats what i did, you should try it :D or if your not into metallica learn something other with some good bass, nothing too hard at first
