True... I know he didn't use any effects until 1988, and then he discovered delay. I think he has a few jaguars, though Thurston
probably has more(no pun intended). Drumsticks are of course a miscellaneous part of thier sound(same with hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) Definetely a hard one.
