Opinions on the Fender DG 22CE

[Iced Guardian]

I saw this guitar in a pawnshop the other day. It's in good shape and it looks nice. I only played it for a few minutes and I'm going back this week to play it some more. They're asking $540 Cdn ($420 US) for it.

Specs:
-gold machine heads
-a solid spruce top
-cutaway
-Fishman electronics, vol, 3 band eq

I just want to know if anyone owns or has played one and if you think I could get better value in something else with a similiar price tag.

well i cant vouch for that guitar but i played a fender acoustic tonight and it sucked balls. but it could just be because im a figner picker and it had a narrow frett board. but i hated it beyond belief but it had a decent tone.
