best 5 string bass distortion

ive been playing bass for a while now and i've tried a couple of pedals(muff and rat) and amp distortion but i cant find any that doesnt sound anything but muddy and farty on the 5 string im looking for a sound similar to six feet under

I Like my Big Muff(Russisan) for my 5 string I also use it for my 4 string too.

Yeah, if you can get your hands on one of the older Green Box Russian Big Muff's they're great with any bass. Should have mine any day now.
