who knows what he uses? all i know is a bc rich and a jcm800... im not sure what else though

I know he uses several BC Rich guitars. The amp is a JCM800 I guess. I've read in an interview with King that he sets it up quite differently. He does NOT cut the mids on his amp (common setting with most metal band), instead he boosts it together with the bass...

I meat Kerry King on september 11th in corona... the infamous september 11th. I had a Jackson Dinky with a Floyd Rose that I had shoved two quarters in so that it wouldn't float anymore... and he called it "voodoo bull****" because he thought I put them there for good luck or something. Jeff Hanneman defended me though, so it was cool.

I hate floating tremelos with a passion... and I didn't know it until I got one. My only choice was to find a way for it to stop floating, so I put quarters in the bridge.

Ok, well is there any particular reason as to why you hate floating Tremolo's with a passion.

Too many parts, takes way too long to put new strings on, hard as hell to get in tune, and most important, the fact that I don't use it.
