I use the reverb tank on my Fender Eighty-Five and i love it...use it more on chord type softer stuff or with a lot of distortion...makes a kind of hollow tubular sound

i use my boss rv 5 reverb for big spacious atmospheric sounds. really cool for a big dynamic change from huge big shimmering sounds to tight focused hi gain distortion. also helps thicken up solos a bit too if you use it in moderation.
