I have a digital tuner (computer). When i tune the guitar and I play it, I hear any thing less a tuned guitar. After that, i think the thing that anyone would think when having that problem: the tuner is wrong.
I tuned it by myself with the normal tuning way:
5th space of 6th string=5th string and so.
After that, I played it again and it sounde worse.
You can play the guitar, but it just doesn't sound like a completly tuned guitar. An that's what I want.
So my tuner wasn't wrong. My guitar was the bad thing.
Can anyone of you tell me (if you know) how's that called and a posible solution?

This may sound dumb but are you remembering the 2nd String is actually the 4th Fret of the 3rd?

if it's a fender with a tremolo bridge, or any other type of non-fixed bridge, then you're going to have to tune the guitar several times in a row to get it to sound completely in tune.

Can you get the guitar where each string is individually in tune, but then when you play a chord or if you're playing single notes it's out of tune when you go from one string to another? If that is happening your guitar needs to be intonated.

Yeah many people don't realize that with this kind of guitar, running through each string once will NOT get the guitar in tune as every time you tune one string, it affects the tension on the other strings. I find that I have to go through each string AT LEAST 3-4 times before the guitar is actually in tune.

It could also be a problem with intonation, but usually that only involves one string (for me, it's the G) that seems to sound off specifically when playing barre chords even though its supposedly in tune.

yeah the floyd rose f***S up the tuning. Once you go through 3-4 times you may want to use the fine tuners, thats what i do but i've got the deluxe locking system

It's not ONLY a problem with the floyd rose. I was referring to the standard tremolo bridge...
