Whammy

There's a rattle coming from my whammy pedal but it seems to working fine.

It's as if a screw is loose inside.

Should I leave it as it seems to be working or if i open it up is there anything i should look out for, not touch etc.

I have no idea about these kinds of things.

If you have the Whammy 4 (Whammy reissue), I can guarantee you in a 100% that it is th 5th screw that holds the circuit board inside.
(and i'm pretty sure that this problem occurs on the original whammy as well)
You don't have to worry 'bout it, it doesn't affect the Whammy's work.
If the rattle bothers you, open the Whammy (it opens from the bottom by unscrewing the 4 upper allen screws) and take out the screw ;)
