Amp and Speaker Info Needed

I'm looking into getting a new amp and I wanna go ahead and get a stack and I'm looking for the cheaper areas to start with. My first choice is a Carvin package, 1000 watt tube-emulator head with a 4-10 cab and a 1-15 or a 1-18 cab. What speakers are best for the sound, I play a 5 string and I'm very active with the B string.
Right now I play through an Ampeg 210 sp combo and it sounds great for small-medium size gigs, but the 10's don't seem to respond as well as I need them to the B string.

Whats your opinions?:D

15s get pretty muddy, so i'd imagine 18s would be even muddier, i'd say go with with 410, 115 package

thanks for the info, i'm gonna try a variation of the speakers know matter what, but I was really curious what others thought.

Go with the 4x10 + the 1x15 package. I'd recommend you play on an 18 before you dismiss it tho. I've only heard one, I've never played through one. Who knows, it could give you what you are looking for.
