Action

I cant seem to get the action on my Bass (Schecter Devil Tribal) any lower, I kinda ont want to take it to a tech due to lack of funds (i.e Cant even aford new strings at the moment).

anybody? Links with how to's would be cool or any instruction is greatly helpful
