digitech rp300A?? to buy or not to buy?

the "new" digitech rp300a.

i have a gibson sg special and play it through a marshall mg100dfx amp. Although the effects on the amp are cool, i would like to buy a multi effects pedal. If you have tried it out, own it etc post what you think, money isn't a problem for me. However i don't want to buy a £150 pedal when there are better around for a similar price! If you think there are better post the alternative please!!!!

I used to have one, its pretty cool, but not great. And mine doesnt even power up anymore LOL.

I have one kicking around the basement somewhere
I used to use mine all the time, if you create your own presets it can sound very good. I think in your current rig it could make the marshall MG sound alot better.
