Can I set pedals of FCB1010 to control fx parameter in Boss Gx-700 ?

I want to know how to set two pedals of FCB1010 to control fx parameter in Boss Gx-700 . Ex. pedal 1 is Wah pedal and pedal 2 is Volume pedal or pedal 1 is control fx parameter and 2 is Wah
