Just was loaned a Pod Pro for a writing session and it's humming through my protools rig. Changed guitars and still humming. If I move around I can find a spot that's not too bad. Any help?

I used to have one of these.......... Isn't there a ground switch on the back? And are you anywhere in close range to a computer monitor? That also makes a big difference from my experience with my old one...........

Thanks for the reply. There is a ground lift and I switched it back and forth with no change. There's a computer screen from my lap top about 3 feet away, should that matter?

I wouldn't think a laptop screen would, a normal computer screen probably would but it never hurts to try moving it further away from the computer.

Another thing when I used to use mine was the niose gate button ALWAYS had to be on for me or it was niose city for me on any preset. So if you aren't using that (if I remember right, it's just one button on or off) I would suggest it.

Thanks Madix,

I figured the Noise Gate was the way to go but I hate playing with a noise gate.:(
