HELP w/ my Smallstone!!!

hey kids,

just got a new E-H Smallstone phaser and every time i plug the damn thing in the volume drops considerably and the volume knob on my amp ceases to work. i took the thing back to the store and it worked fine there. I don't know what's going on. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

what kind of amp and guitar are you using? do you have the adapter or a battery?

also. the eh pedals SUCK tone. get it modified if thats the problem. mine looses a bit of volume but not as much as you're experiencing.

sounds like the polarity on your adapter needs to be reversed...
Or it's the wrong adapter...

i've got a mexican strat and a fender deluxe 112 amp. i have a 9v in the pedal, no adapter. i'm really getting frustrated.
