has anyone else found ways to get interesting feedback noises? i currently use a volume pedal and my fat strat has a custom on/off switch on it as well as the pickup selector switch and playing around with these all gets sum really cool noises. anyone else have any other suggestions?

i usually use my mixer's EQ to cut frequencies which make noises.
well i think it's quite work
i usually stick my headstock on my amp and let it vibrate the strings. or use an ebow.
i have a head and cab. so i stand up, and point the headstock towards the area where the head sits on top of the cab. and put a bit of pressure from the body of the guitar onto the headstock where it's now touching the amp [almost like i'm trying to pry the head off the cab, as with a screwdriver or prybar]. when it's at gigging volume, it will start vibrating the strings like mad. and then you can wiggle the vibrato, press down and wiggle the strings past the nut towards the tuning machines. make all sorts of noises. rub your fingers over the strings rapidly up and down the guitar while they're vibrating.
that's my favourite method. with a ton of reverb, overdrive, and long delay
