I picked up an '88 Rickenbacker 350 on eBay recently and i'm not jiving with it too much.
The reason: It's not much like a Rick at all! It has been refretted with tall frets, has had the conversion varnish removed from the fretboard, and has a push/pull pot that gives many combinations of the three pickups.
I know many people hate the tiny frets and varnished fretboard, so this might be the Rick for you! It's got some dings here and the frets have some wear, but its all there. Fabulous guitar all around, just not totally my thing.
It's Jetglo (Black), has a Bigsby B5, three higain pickups, and has the OHSC with two sets of RIC strings (10's) included.
I'd like to trade for an American-made Jazzmaster or a Gretsch Country Classic/Country Gentleman. I will consider trades for a MIJ/CIJ Jazzmaster if its had its pickups and/or more upgraded.
Email or PM me if interested.
