Window treatments

Just moved my setup into a new workshop/garage type room that has many windows, ouch.

Any advice on window treatments?

Would stuffing the windows with water heater insulation or something like that help any? Or rigid insulation? Curtians, ect?

I have many many windows and a skylight, sucks.

yeah insulation sounds pretty good. You're supposed to wrap it, and most people wrap it and put it in a wooden frame.
