Normally I play with my fingers, but a recent interest in '50s Rock has had me trying out hybrid picking again.
Now I'm getting shooting pain up my forearm (you know, the textbook description of Carpel Tunnel). Anybody else have this problem? I think I'm keeping my wrist straight.
