Yesssssssss... awesome job. Man I really like the TC740MN.

Having the output jack so close to a pot looks like a tight squeeze. I guess it's angled downwards?

I don't remember it ever getting in the way. I had the TC530, and then traded it in for the TV750, because it had a humbucker. I eventually traded in that one for a 12 string.

Though I don't miss the 750, I really wish I had held on to the 530... it was an awesome guitar.

I miss my TC420. I never should have sold it, but I wanted to lessen the expense of buying my LP Studio.

That's funny -- because that's why I lost mine. Shortly after I had paid it off (had it on layaway for a few months), my wife had bought me a 77 LP custom, and the talman hardly ever got played. I felt guilty owning it because it just sat in the case, and the LP wasn't going anywhere! Hence the decision to trade it in for a 12-string acoustic.

Perhaps Gibson is the Talman killer...

Maybe Gibson really is the Talman killer. I doubt that it would see that much playing time if I still had it. Then again, maybe it would since I'm sure that I would've put in some nicer pups, locking tuners, better electronics and such. It played well, so I'm guessing I could've still found a use for it despite having to compete with 2 Gibsons.

I had the chance of picking up a green talman recently....

For only 325, I thought it to be a great deal.

It was in excellent condition. and sounded sweet.

Why didnt i buy it??
