 BOSS DM-2 ANALOG DELAY

Boss DM-2 Analog Delay

A great 3 knob analog delay from the early 80s. This pedal has got everything you'd want in an analog delay. The beautiful dark delays are liquid and buttery and the warm lo-fi repeats have a nice round top end. The delay times are fairly short (200-300 mlliseconds) but with a bit of tweaking you can get a lot of sonic mileage out of the DM-2. Mild twiddling yields some cool surf-like slapbacks and bathroom wall type reverb while harsher setting call up all kinds of Syd Barret-like atmospherics. The DM-2 produces such a soft and squishy delay that it blends into your overall sound in a very musical ways. These little buggers are fetching some big dollars on the used market so if you see one below a hundred bucks grab it up!
