GUYATONE WR-2 WAH ROCKER ENVELOPE FILTER

Guyatone WR-2 Wah Rocker Envelope Filter

This little booty shakin pedal contains some of the coolest wah-like squawks found in any envelope filter . This touch sensitive pedal squeezes out the funky tones via two simple threshhold and decay knobs. The effect has a very low to mid-range honk that sounds very uniuqe when stacked against all the various Boss, Ibanez, and DOD pedals out there. The low-end goose of the WR-2 translates very nicely on bass guitar and actually held up to low notes better than our old Mutron III. For guitar this will boil down to taste on whether this will work for you although we had no problems coaxing some very cool sharp funkisms and bubbly sweeps from our single coil Stratocaster or our humbuckered Gibson. All the Guyatone's are well built and their cute compact size makes pedalboard positioning a real pleasure. Top this off with a very responsive click-less footswitch, and you're fully ready for da funk.
