The flagship of the Dunlop wahs. A popular wah thanks to the tone saving true bypass and a handy selector switch that toggles between six wah voicings. Along with the six seperate voicings, there are two mini-pots on the underside of the unit to dial in the desired frequency notch or to boost the output by a whopping 26 dbs! These are a little tough screws to adjust while finding your sound but once you have them set you'll forget about them. The 535Q has the ability to nail just about any wah sound you can imagine. The punchy squawks of the old Voxs, the nasal shrieks of the early Crybabys, and the mid-range honks of the boutique Buddas are all just a few turns away. Add to all this a reasonable price and bullet proof construction, and you can see why this wah is on a ton of pedalboards.
